Payment, Shipping, and Processing Policy for Bee‑Yond Balm

By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to the terms outlined below. At Bee~Yond Balm, every order is prepared with care to ensure your handmade products arrive safely and on time. Because each balm is crafted fresh and by hand, we take great pride in packaging and shipping your order with the attention it deserves.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Bee‑Yond Balm accepts the following forms of payment:

Secure online payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or other third‑party providers)

For customers in our local area, we offer additional convenient payment options for local pickup or local delivery only:

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third‑party platforms. These secure platforms allow you to complete your purchase safely from anywhere.
The Seller does not store or have access to full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.
3. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, the Buyer authorizes:
The full purchase amount to be charged at the time the order is placed
Verification of payment details by the payment processor
Cancellation of the order if payment cannot be verified or processed
Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully authorized.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are:
1–3 business days for order preparation, because each balm is handmade and made fresh, orders will be filled within a 72‑hour period.
Additional time for shipping based on the carrier selected at checkout
Processing times may be extended during holidays, high‑volume periods, or unforeseen delays. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third‑party service providers. You’ll receive confirmation of your order along with shipping, pickup, or delivery details once your order is ready. If you need to request a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy.
5. Pricing, Currency, and Shipping Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We currently ship to the Lower 48 United States only. Currently, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.
The Seller reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
6. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are included in the purchase price.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout for orders within the Lower 48.
7. Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the Buyer’s shipping address and relevant state or local tax laws. Sales tax is calculated based on the destination state’s regulations and collected at checkout.
The seller ships the order, but the buyer is responsible for paying any required sales tax according to their state’s laws.
PayPal and Stripe process the payment but do not remit taxes on behalf of Bee~Yond Balm.
8. Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Bee~Yond Balm is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
9. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed:
The Buyer will receive an email confirmation summarizing the order details
The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the confirmation for accuracy
Any errors must be reported promptly to the Seller before the order ships
Failure to notify the Seller of errors may result in delays or incorrect shipments.
10. Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
After an order has been shipped, Bee~Yond Balm is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Weather-related delays
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Any issues that occur during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist with information needed for a claim, but we cannot replace or refund orders affected by carrier errors.
11. Warm Weather & Product Integrity
Bee~Yond Balm products are made with natural ingredients that may soften or melt in high temperatures.
We package items securely, but we cannot guarantee product condition if exposed to heat during transit. Buyers assume responsibility for receiving packages promptly in warm climates.
12. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined:
The order will not be processed
The Buyer may resubmit the order using a valid payment method
The Seller is not responsible for fees imposed by the Buyer’s bank or payment provider
Repeated failed transactions may result in temporary order restrictions.
13. Fraud Prevention
The Seller reserves the right to:
Request additional verification for suspicious or high‑risk orders
Cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
Refuse service to any Buyer engaging in fraudulent behavior
These measures protect both the Buyer and the Seller.
14. Digital Receipts
A digital receipt will be sent to the Buyer’s email address upon successful payment. Buyers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

Branding
Logos
Images

Designs
is the intellectual property of Bee~Yond Balm and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
16. Changes to This Policy
The Seller may update or modify this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction. Bee~Yond Balm reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
