Bee‑Yond Balm (“the Seller”) accepts returns and issues refunds in accordance with the terms set forth below. By purchasing any product from the Seller, the customer (“the Buyer”) agrees to the conditions of this Refund and Return Policy. At Bee~Yond Balm, every balm is handmade with care, intention, and fresh ingredients. Because our products are crafted in small batches and made-to-order, we want to ensure clarity and fairness for both you and our customers. Please review the policy below before placing your order. 2. All Sales Are Final. Due to the personal‑care nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any balm or skincare item, whether opened or unopened. This policy helps protect product integrity and ensures every customer receives fresh, unused items. Handmade Product Variations
Because each balm is handmade, slight variations may occur. These natural differences do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, ingredients may already be in preparation, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Note: Melted products due to warm weather or packages left outside are not considered damage. Natural balms may soften in transit, especially in warmer climates.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Bee~Yond Balm is not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages
The product arrived damaged
Refunds are not issued for:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or personal preference
Heat‑related melting
Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer
Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping service. We will gladly provide any information needed to help you file a claim with the carrier.
6. Additional Terms
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. This policy does not limit any rights the Buyer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our products contain all natural organic ingredients, including organic cold pressed oils, and beeswax. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all listed ingredients before purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).
